Job Requirements
- Previous bookkeeping experience required
- Must be able to analyze information quickly and accurately
- Must be comfortable dealing with complexity
- Experience researching results & reporting
- Strong data entry skills
- Attention to detail & thoroughness
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- CPA is a plus
Job Responsibilities
- Oversees a company’s financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations.
- Perform daily accounting tasks such as general ledger entries, payments and adjustments and monthly financial reporting.
- Responsible for the entire accounting cycle.
- Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual adjustments of journal entries.
- In charge of supporting schedules for general ledger accounts and performs bank reconciliations.
- Prepares monthly and year-end financial statements with limited supervision.
